C.J. had a soccer tournament on Saturday, so we felt right at home!
He plays on the "B" team for the middle school. His team is made up almost entirely of 6th graders. (The "A" team has 7th and 8th graders.) C.J. might be a bit shorter than some of the other players on his team, but not obviously so. His team lost all their games in the tournament. (See, we did feel right at home!) Call us crazy, but we have a suspicion that (a) the other teams were not made up of almost entirely 6th graders and (b) we're in for a growth spurt or two over the next couple years.
The good thing is that C.J. had a great time playing. His coach also moved him around, so he didn't play his normal defensive positions -- he played mid-field.

Very fun - I couldn't see the pictures of your first floor...but glad your coffee went well :)
